Terms and Conditions – Linglong Tires

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of this website (“Site”). This
Agreement is entered into between the user (“you”) and Yiannis Katsambas Ltd (“we” or
“us”). By using this Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this
Agreement, you should not use this Site.

software, is the property of Yiannis Katsambas Ltd and is protected by Cyprus and

Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Yiannis Katsambas Ltd or users of the Site or
expose them to liability.

This Site is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any such
changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
